These terms apply to Cafe U's website, online and telephone orders, delivery and pick-up services, table reservations, promotions, and related customer communications.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you may use our ordering or reservation services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We aim to keep menu descriptions, photographs, ingredients and availability accurate. Presentation, portion appearance and colours may vary from images, and ingredients or menu items may change or become unavailable without notice.

Food allergies and dietary requirements

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and other ingredients. Although we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Please tell our team about any allergy or dietary requirement before ordering. If you have a severe allergy, contact us directly before placing an order so we can explain what may safely be available.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when Cafe U confirms it or begins preparation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment is not authorised, the delivery location is outside our service area, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information.
• Please review item quantities, customisations and the final total before confirming.
• We may contact you to confirm substitutions, clarify instructions or resolve an issue.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable taxes, service charges and delivery fees will be shown before confirmation where the ordering channel supports this. Prices and charges may change, but confirmed orders will not normally be affected unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Available payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, card or third-party payment services. Payment is subject to authorisation by the relevant provider. Cafe U is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

Delivery and preparation times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, demand, item complexity or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your order within the estimated time.

• Someone must be available to receive a delivery at the provided address.
• Additional charges may apply if an address is incorrect or a second delivery attempt is requested.
• Pick-up orders should be collected within a reasonable time after notification to protect food quality and safety.
• Risk in the order passes to you when it is delivered or collected.

Because food is prepared to order, cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

If an order is missing, incorrect, materially damaged or not reasonably fit for consumption, contact us promptly with your order details and, where useful, photographs. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a correction, replacement, store credit or refund. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and payment provider.

This section does not affect any remedy available to you under applicable consumer law.

A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Cafe U. Please arrive on time and tell us as soon as possible if your party size or plans change. We may release a table after a reasonable grace period during busy hours.

Special requests, seating preferences and event arrangements are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

Promotions may have their own eligibility rules, dates, minimum spend, product exclusions and redemption limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an error, misuse or legal requirement.

You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted systems, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the service fraudulently.

The Cafe U name, logos, menu content, photographs, graphics, design and website materials are owned by or licensed to Cafe U and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without prior written permission.

We aim to keep the website and services available, secure and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cafe U will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability relating to an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, operations or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the new terms will apply to future use and orders.
